Our meal started off with this #complimentary #appetizer with a homemade and grilled #sourdough bread base and layers of #chickpea cream, roasted #eggplant, #whitebeans and #tumeric cream topped with #capers. What an explosion of flavors!!! And how about that beautiful plate? 😍

We called a day in advance to make a reservation and request vegan dishes - Chef Manuel was excited to have us and said he would make dishes based on what was available at the markets. So delicious, savory and unique!!
