Năm om dừa nguyên trái~ Mix of enoki, shimeji, and king oyster mushrooms. 🍄 All in a creamy concoction of curry powder, turmeric, lemongrass, and coconut milk. 🌴🥥🍲 The flavour profile was slightly reminiscent of green curry!
