Chewy sourdough bread topped with a generous heap of tofu 'scrambled eggs' that didn't taste too strongly of turmeric, and was made extra fragrant with chopped onion! 🍞🍳🧅 Also came with crispy #LibreFoods 'bacon strips', white cherry tomatoes (!!), and arugula leaves. 🥓🍅 High-protein and satisfying breakfast~ (DKK 120) #denmark #copenhagen
