Flaky and 'buttery' crust filled with sweet and creamy pandan-flavoured vegan 'egg' custard made using tofu and @oatside #oatside #oatmilk. 🥚 Just like the original flavour, the texture was soft and smooth yet not like agar agar jelly, resembling the real deal!
