Great assortment of 6 vegetables and beancurd - bittergourd, eggplant, lady's finger, taupok, taukwa, and taukee! 🍆 Generously stuffed with housemade 'minced meat paste' that seemed to consist of textured soy protein, tofu, and diced mushrooms. Very tender and savoury, pretty impressive and enjoyable! Unique to have it combined with chee chong fun soft steamed rice rolls as the carb, all drenched in sweet hoisin sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds~ My non-veg mum likes both YTF and CCF, so to her this was like having the best of both worlds haha. ⭐ The homemade YTF is only available at Kale by Kang Su Midpoint Orchard, not at their other outlets, so I would recommend ordering their YTF dishes if you're here!
