Simply outstanding 👏 I'm going to risk making myself a pariah in these parts by praising Nestlé like this, but credit where it's due, Harvest Gourmet makes some excellent #frozen #comfortfood ☺️ They've leaned on their experience of serving middle-class omnivorous households for generations and generations, and come up with something that so closely replicates the OG #fishfingers on which many of us grew up, with which we associate good things like childhood, family, belonging. They regularly take out exhibition space in various megamalls to hawk their plant-based products, and this achieves such unbelievable reach.

Not easy to say it, but the future is plant-based, and the future is also Nestlé, Unilever, Danone, Heinz, etc. Especially when they keep hitting all the right notes (tastes?) with #lazyvegan food; in this case, #crispy, fishy, and just plain delicious 😋 I combined this with the lobster mayo that I found on my last trip to Rightside 🙂
