Double sourdough grilled toast with a crunchy crust!! 🍞🥪 The sandwich came stacked with creamy scrambled tofu 'egg' with truffle mayonnaise, juicy sliced shiitake mushrooms sautéed in garlic and truffle oil, as well as melted @violife cheddar and mozzarella #vegancheese. 🍳🍄🧀 Fragrant, rich, and indulgently ooey gooey without being overwhelmingly cloying.
