i love golden dinosaurs chili dogs, so when i saw the potato skin special i had to order it ! these potato skins were packed full with chili, cheese, and what i believe is sour cream. they were a bit messy to eat, but the potato skin acted as a little scoop and i surprisingly didn’t have my hands covered in chili. flavor-wise, the chili is packed with flavor and wasn’t really spicy, but the sour cream still added a nice cooling effect. the cheese wasn’t gluey or adverse in texture, and overall the dish came together really well.
