This #salad was bomb. You got the sweetness from the ripe #fruit, mixed with savory and salty notes from the dressing! Imagine a #papaya salad but made with fruit (and some #carrots, long beans, tomatoes). The fruit was amazingly sweet: #mango 🥭, dragon fruit and #apple! Worked so well #thaifood #thailand
