Mushrooms on a stick. Sounds boring, tastes great!! #mushroomlover

They use locally grown #mushrooms and prepare them on the grill. Before that, they’re #marinated and smothered with classic #Khmer herbs. Served with #some pickles and a #chili jam 🌶️

These weren’t chewy but so #meaty :o simply divine. The spices were subtle and complimented the mushrooms nicely. Loved it
