It's the first time I try something along these lines and I was kind of at a loss as to what to use it for. I tested it with a simple vegan cheese omelette and scrambled eggs (see pictures if you'd like); it works better scrambled. It has an eggy texture, though it doesn't taste as such or get "toasted" (I haven't eaten eggs in years, so I could be wrong). From what I've seen, it works for both savoury and sweet recipes. I don't know if I'd repurchase, but it's an interesting product to try.
