Awesome! It's recommended for baking or for scrambled eggs, but if you add it to the (non)bacon pasta at the very end, you end up with the most amazing Carbonara! #carbonara #vegancarbonara
The No Egg Egg is a plant-based alternative to traditional eggs, made from 100% plant-based ingredients. It comes in a liquid form and is perfect for making scrambled eggs, omelettes, and other egg-based dishes without the use of animal products. It is protein-rich and fortified with vitamin B12, making it a nutritious choice for anyone looking to add more plant-based foods into their diet. Customers have reported that it has a similar taste and texture to real eggs, and it is easy to use for busy mornings or quick meal prep.

It's the first time I try something along these lines and I was kind of at a loss as to what to use it for. I tested it with a simple vegan cheese omelette and scrambled eggs (see pictures if you'd like); it works better scrambled. It has an eggy texture, though it doesn't taste as such or get "toasted" (I haven't eaten eggs in years, so I could be wrong). From what I've seen, it works for both savoury and sweet recipes. I don't know if I'd repurchase, but it's an interesting product to try. M&S, 3£ (346 g)
Perfect perfect perfect An egg substitute produced ethically creating less co2 from production to plate. Yes I treated my self to a crackd product So what it like #eggfree I decided to use it for making cakes. When used in the batter for sponge batter the cakes cooked as normal came out the oven fluffed airy melt in the mouth deliciously. #noegg #protein #cakes #vegan #pantry #cooking #baking #cakes #dairyfree #health #crueltyfree
I bought this after I heard the founder on a podcast and thought I'd give their Yorkshire Pudding recipe a go. I only needed 60ml and they worked out well. I used the rest to make some eggless bites using another recipe on the website. I don't think I'd rush out to buy this again, I thought it was expensive for what it was and I prefer using Orgran Easy Egg which is around the same price for a larger quantity of egg equivalence as its powdered.
This cheeky wee bottle has become a regular purchase in my grocery shopping. Lovely on its own, but I like to prepare a small helping of scrambed tofu and then add this into the pan for serious egginess. Great for those vegans who miss an omelette or scrambled egg.
