Stir-fried bittergourd and beancurd in special sauce (not just conventional vegetarian oyster sauce etc). Seemingly simple but tasty in a comforting homely way, not to mention nutritionally balanced too~ 🍛 I liked that the thickness of the bittergourd slices was just right, and that they weren't overwhelmingly bitter!
