Review of organic white miso - 365 Whole Foods Market by theveganfeast
We both love miso, and we use it in a lot of recipes. My husband always likes miso soup when he's not feeling well because it makes him feel instantly better. Who needs chicken soup when you have miso soup, right?
This time I used white miso, although red would also work, as a marinade for tofu cubes. I mixed the miso with some sesame oil, gochujang, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar and soy sauce. I marinated the tofu for about 30minutes, then dipped it into some cornstarch, ( for extra crunch) before frying. We had the crispy, miso tofu with sticky rice and veggies 😋 Yum!
