This pasta had impossible Italian sausage and rapini. I liked the pasta shape and it was a pretty large serving. The nut based plant based parmesan didn't have much of a cheezy flavour though. It was more like a nutty crunchy topping. Would have been even better if they had added more nooch to it or something.
They have a whole vegan menu here besides their regular menu, so it's a great place to go if your whole group is not plant based. This dish was $22.95 plus tax.

Their vegan / plant-based menu is quite impressive. Somebody put some thought into it.
