This is one of Vida's Plant Based Butcher classic staple sandwiches from their menu. I cant believe I forgot to review this! For $14 the classic club comes with housemade #seitan turkey, smoked #vegan ham, cripsy seitan bacon, spicy mustard, house made cheddar slices on fresh toasted sour dough bread. It has a lot of flavor, but you definitely need to be a 'meat' lover for this. I prefer more of a veggie based sandwich, so this was a little much for me but it's customer favorite! It's a very hearty, salty and filling sandwich. Being made primarily from Seitan, it also has a lot of #plantbased #protein! It pares nicely with one of their hot sides like their beans or Mac n cheeze.
