Update march 2025 I ordered this club several years ago on Vida's grand opening weekend. It is a totally different sandwich now. Carl does have a habit of updating menu items. This is now a huge double layered sandwich with three entire slice of sourdough. The sandwich has #housemade seitan turkey, smoked vegan ham, bacon, vegan mayo, mustard, and vegan cheddar cheese it also has lettuce, tomato and onions! This is a HUGE sandwich and serving size and a pretty great price at only $14. Everything on the sandwich from the faux #seitan meats and cheeses are made in-house, and the bread is sourced locally. This is one of Vida's Plant Based Butcher classic staple sandwiches from their menu. I cant believe I forgot to review this! For $14 the classic club comes with housemade #seitan turkey, smoked #vegan ham, cripsy seitan bacon, spicy mustard, house made cheddar slices on fresh toasted sour dough bread. It has a lot of flavor, but you definitely need to be a 'meat' lover for this. I prefer more of a veggie based sandwich, so this was a little much for me but it's customer favorite! It's a very hearty, salty and filling sandwich. Being made primarily from Seitan, it also has a lot of #plantbased #protein!
