Fried battered portobello mushroom patty along with spicy truffle aioli sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, red cabbage, and arugula leaves. 🍔🍄🍅🌿 Personally felt the saltiness of the sun-dried tomatoes was slightly overpowering, such that the truffle fragrance became less prominent. The mushroom patty was crunchy, though I wish it could have been thicker and juicier.
