These fluffy steamed bao buns were filled with meaty, crispy, and fatty house-made pork belly, đồ chua (Vietnamese fermented carrots and daikon), kale kimchi, crispy shallots, scallions, cilantro, and house-made kimchi aioli. The mix of savory, tangy, creamy, and 🔥 was incredibly delicious.
