When you see a drink in a pineapple, it's hard not to order it! This tropical refuge from impending winter was made with Cruzan coconut rum, Tanduay dark rum, pureed pineapple, fresh orange juice, and was sprinkled with toasted coconut. We ate the pineapple pieces on top with the toasted coconut. It was a nice appetizer or you could save it for dessert! This was definitely a fun drink and surprisingly only $14? That seems like a steal for a pineapple drink! At least in this part of the world.
