Fried battered oyster mushrooms that were juicy inside and crunchy outside; definitely tasty and addictive (albeit slightly greasy as with most indulgent fried fritters)! Served with a vegan housemade sweet chilli mayonnaise dip that was creamy, savoury, and full-bodied. Really appreciate how vegan-friendly Bangkok Jam's menu is, as well as the fact that they collaborate with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives!
