Charcoal-roasted cauliflower on a bed on burnt spring onion vegan mayonnaise that tasted somewhat similar to sour cream, with a drizzle of housemade chilli and sprinkle of chopped chives. Nonetheless nicely presented and one of the few items in the menu not focusing on plant-based meat substitutes. Personally would have preferred the texture to be more tender on the inside, and also would have liked more spices as seasoning because the flavour was mostly only carried by the burnt spring onion vegan mayonnaise.
