Tender tofu in light and crispy batter tossed in cereal bits and cooked with curry leaves. I think it was Froot Loops multigrain mixed fruits cereal haha which lent a slight sweetness to the dish. Not greasy! Happy this is vegan by default as most places use egg and dairy; would recommend trying this! This used to be available at the Jurong outlet, but if I'm not wrong it's now only available at the Kallang outlet! (Allium-free, $12 Regular) #sgvegan #chinesefood
