Thin lentil and rice crepe-like pancake with small florets of cauliflower masala hidden inside. A more unique and less heavy offering compared to the usual potato masala dosai available at most places! Served with 3 chutney / sambar, which provided a nice variety, though I personally found the consistency quite thin and taste quite light on the palate. (Allium-free, $7.80) #sgvegan #minorityowned
