Finally tried the #vegan dimsum platter at EMPRESS and it did not disappoint 🌝 The skin of the dumplings were as soft as a cloud ☁️ and they were steamed perfectly. The ambience is 10/10 beside the #singaporeriver at ACM so it’s perfect for a brunch before museum visiting! Will be back!
