Creamy texture, not icy at all. Perfectly bittersweet with the Kyoto Uji matcha powder - neither overwhelmingly bitter nor cloyingly sweet. Well done and quite outstanding considering matcha is quite a common flavour of ice cream (both vegan or otherwise)! (Premium, $4.50) #sgvegan #sgdessert #womenowned #lgbtqowned
