Baguette with a mix of marinated shiitake and shimeji mushrooms, a few pieces of seitan 'meat', tangy pickled shredded vegetables, cut chilli, and cilantro. Also served with nutty savoury sesame seed puffed rice cracker and soya sauce. Alright but didn't leave a strong impression. Would have liked some vegan paté! (Not very clear regarding alliums. The menu mentioned onion, but the staff told me it was now allium-free and that the menu was outdated.
