Rice noodles with seitan 'meat' and fried tofu in semi-spicy vegan broth. More exciting than the Vegetarian Pho, would recommend this for people who prefer bolder flavours! Contained a good amount of vegetables including lady's finger, carrot, and bok choy. Also served with nutty savoury sesame seed puffed rice cracker on a bed of raw beansprouts. Previously I mentioned that the raw beansprouts didn't taste pleasant and also might not be safe to consume. My partner's solution this time was to chuck the raw beansprouts into the hot soup to 'cook' them haha. (Allium-free, $11.90) #sgvegan #vietnamese #veganoptions
