Aromatic and creamy green curry brimming with vegetables including eggplant, baby corn, carrot, and broccoli! The dish came with a choice of #shandiglobal chicken or tofu. Opted for the 'chicken' which had such an impressive mouthfeel - firm yet with the grain/fibre that I remember real chicken to have! Very happy that Bangkok Jam has expanded their vegan-friendly menu in collaboration with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives! ($14.90) #sgvegan
