🇬🇧 Dried lasagne pasta made from corn and rice flour I used to make my vegan lasagna for Christmas lunch.
When I have time I make pasta from scratch, but not this round: vegan fresh sheets were nowhere to be found so I bought these dry ones, a bit thicker but they worked pretty fine and ended up with 4 layers for 8pax so I used a box and a half.
🇮🇹 Questa è la pasta secca a base di farina di mais e riso che ho usato per preparare le lasagne del pranzo di Natale.
Quando ho tempo mi piace preparare la pasta in casa ma a questo giro era impossibile per il poco tempo: non ho trovato delle sfoglie fresche senza uova, così ho preso queste secche che sono un po’ più spesse ma comunque hanno fatto bene il loro lavoro.
Teglia per 8 persone a 4 strati ho usato una scatola e mezza.
