Review of Salteado De Heura Con Verduras Y Soja at Kiosko Montecarlo by benzole

So unusual to find one of these seafront restaurants with anything resembling vegan food - this has the main "Salteado de Huera" clearly marked on the menu as vegan, and the waiter confidently confirmed it was vegan. This feels like a real step forward to have a dedicated section on the menu, really happy to see.
The sauteed Huera was really good - lots of mixed veg, some garlic-tomatoes and scoops of swede - all went surprisingly well together.
