The texture of these chips are outstanding. Crunchier and lighter than typical tortilla chips. The flavor is salty with a bit of lime, which is nice for a change from plain chips. I like how it is made with avocado oil because it makes it seem more special somehow. These are impressively free from gluten, dairy, soy, grains, and are vegan and paleo! Delish!
