The slight savory flavor of the quinoa cakes combined with the sweet avocado spread and pickled corn for a delicious, filling meal. Each quinoa cake had a crispy exterior texture and soft inside. I found that trying to make each bite include a bit of each ingredient, and even sometimes cutting up a cake and mixing it into the “fixins,” amplified each bite.
