Heura chicken, croutons, and romaine lettuce topped with nutritional yeast and creamy vegan caesar dressing. Looked simple but was surprisingly nice, think it would be good as a healthy and light main too! Wish there could have been a bit of nuts or avocado for healthy fats, since caesar salad usually contains egg and cheese. (*Allium-free.) ($12)
