Made using almonds instead of white flour, so this was more crunchy and slightly less moist than conventional banana bread. Nonetheless this was sufficiently sweet and not too gritty compared to other gluten-free banana bread I've tried! ($4.90 a la carte / slice. Part of Vegan High Tea for 2, $69.90)
