This vegan chicken n waffles breakfast blew our minds! @lolahippie told us about this dish at #vws2022 and I'm so glad we tried it. I wish we got a few more 😅 It was the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The vegan fried chicken is phenomenal and that sauce tasted fantastic! What a great way to start the day 🌞
It was inspiring listening to the founder of Atlas Monroe speaking at the event! She is the owner of the world’s largest vegan fried chicken manufacturing company, which is expected to produce million pounds of product by the end of this year!
