Originally tried this as part of the CNY 2021 special menu, pleasantly surprised to find it in the permanent menu now! Fritters filled with orh nee paste, konjac prawn, and longan. Nice contrast in savoury and sweet flavours, as well as creamy and crunchy textures. Very unique and approved by everyone at the table ($18.80/M)
