Review of Seitan - Bennet bio by marabasso

I enjoyed these seitan slices. I cooked them stewed with the caramelized onions.
They seemed a little tough before cooking so I wanted to stew them.
I have to say that once cooked they are soft.
I will buy them again for cooking with lemon as suggested in some reviews, however I will open the box to check the contents before.
I only found two slices instead of four. If someone took them away ok, if the machine that packs them made a mistake, Mediterranea Srl should check.
