
Oh the way I’m nostalgic for this kind of soggy fried #kuehteow prior to being spoiled by the lot of much more amazing #charkwayteow of Penang 😋 In spite of the menu clearly stating that their vegetarian dishes are cooked without eggs, having been burnt once, I’d advise you dance the whole #veganize a dish dance regardless 👩🍳 This was alright, perfectly seasoned and chunky. Not a bit of #fakemeat in sight and not even any #tofu! Frankly I sometimes prefer that 😌 This dish is a great #abillionhacks candidate fwiw as you get to pick between the choice of bee hoon, kueh teow, or “noodle” noodles 🤓 “Noodle” noodles being yellow mee of course, or as we in Sarawak call it, normal noodles~
