this sandwich was insane! mushrooms instead of beef, violife cheez, and crispy onions on a light crispy roll with mushroom jus for dipping. it's a bit pricey, especially with fries being extra, but was a wonderful treat. everything is vegan and they have the best decorations. i love the wall art felt recreations of old tv dinners. i was telling my friend the only thing missing was a brownie then saw one. #supportlocal #encinitas #sandwich #mushroom i love that they have cloth napkins also. i always carry a spare but it's nice to see a restaurant make the effort to be a little green.
