This traditional Japanese stew consisted of seven seasonal and cultivated 🍄: black trumpet, morel, lobster, matsutake, enoki, buna-shimeji, and shiitake, with negi onion, lotus root, slow cooked napa cabbage, daikon, and carrot slices.
