It’s a shame that there’s close to nought vegan/vego food in Kallang Wave, a mall that prides itself as a haven for the health nuts, fitness freaks and sporty people.
Soup Spoon Union is probably the closest. And this tofu salad was not too shabby.

If you want to understand a culture, taste its soup. There isn’t a country in the world that doesn’t have its own version of this timeless dish.
