(Easy to veganize by asking for no mozzarella.) This was extreeeemely delicious. Tender, smoky eggplant and salty capers elevated an already scrumptious pomodoro sauce, made fresh in house. Perfectly cooked pasta.

I ordered this knowing I would probably have an allergic reaction to the eggplant but it was totally worth it 😛 Anyone else allergic to eggplant skin? My niche and only allergy.
