Vegan Mob (Mobile Street Vendor)

Vegan Mob has a restaurant in Oakland, but a good truck that’s parked in SF’s Mission District. I went to the food truck and got this — a spinach tortilla filled with vegan barbecue brisket, macaroni, baked beans, Tasha’s slaw, and guacamole. This was INCREDIBLE brisket, and it was such a medley eating it with all the sides but I loved it. Definitely the first time I’ve had brisket and Mac n cheese and beans and slaw all in one bite in a BURRITO but they crushed it. I would get this again. And again.
