I've been taking these for a few weeks now. They are great my nails are growing quicker and I dont feel as lethargic as i did prior to taking these. I got them on 3 for 2 at Superdrug. You take 2 tablets daily with a meal which I dont mind as the dosage covers all the essential vitamins and has oil of evening primrose. Would recommend.

So you're getting your B12 and D3 in another supplement? Always nervous of getting too much vitamin A via the multivitamin route.
I’ve been so lethargic lately. I may give these a try to see if they help.
