One of my all time favourite Monsoon Poon dishes - it’s a lot of chickpeas, so ideal as a sharing plate. Crispy chickpeas with spiced cashews, cauliflower, cranberries, chilli, cucumber, chaat masala, coconut yoghurt & Lot Eight Vietnamese olive oil. An enormous portion for $19 NZD.
