#organic raspberry chocolate split ice cream 🍦 As a #berrylover and certified #chocoholic this ice cream was amazing! The fruity raspberry sorbet has chocolate splits mixed inside - making for an amazing taste and mouthfeel. 🍫 What’s also special is that all profits made with this ice cream go directly to 10 schools in Dedza, Malawi 🇲🇼 (133.188€ already, according to their website)Real food for real impact 💪 Lycka is Swedish and means joy/happiness :)
Btw: I’m even more a #berrylover than I am a coconutlover ha - my neighbor has a berry and fruits farm where I’ve been working for years - this year I’m responsible for coordinating our berry harvest. So you could say I made my love my job for now 🍒🍓🫐 Starting in late March we start harvesting strawberries, followed by raspberries, blueberries 🫐, black, red and white currants, ending the season with goji berries and then going on to sour cherries 🍒 and apples 🍎! People can even pick the berries themselves, making for a great family trip during summer 😎 Sadly I’ll leave my small town very soon to go and study in Utrecht, Netherlands 🇳🇱
