This red velvet cake was good 😌 THICC AF!
Very chocolatey, but not too chocolatey, i thought it was nicely balanced.
The unexpected bit was a zingy sweet cream on top. Since red velvet is usually topped off with cream cheese, I expected vegan cream cheese or coconut whipping cream. But the tart cream with - I suppose - lemon wasn’t bad, just different.
