I tried this dish and fell in love. It was the Crispy Cauliflower:
Garnished with scallions and sesame.
I was really surprised the consideration at the restaurant had since they gave me the sauce on the side so that my cauliflower would stay nice and crisp.(I didn’t even ask) this is hands down in my top 5 go to in this restaurant. I would recommend this dish to anyone craving a lite but filling appetizer.

Be aware of this restaurant. They said to be 100% by the confirm me that they use a “smal amount” of honey in some of their dishes. Is a lack of respect to people who take seriously not contribuiting to animal explotation.
