I was really surprised the consideration at the restaurant had since they gave me the sauce on the side so that my cauliflower would stay nice and crisp.(I didn’t even ask) this is hands down in my top 5 go to in this restaurant. I got the  Pesto Kelp Noddles: chilled kelp noodles, herbed pesto, roasted tomatoes, arugula, brazil nut parmesan, fresh basil (gf) This pesto style pasta was good however pepper would’ve taken it to another level.
